SPRINGFIELD HALL - NO ONE WOULD FACE WORRY

Again, only the Conservatives are prepared to listen.

Francis Maude, the next Foreign Secretary, visited Scartho residents to hear at first hand their concerns about the proposed hostel at Springfield Hall.
And only last week residents were able to talk directly to Ann Widdecombe when she was in the area.
This is in total contrast to Labour and the Liberal Democrats, who have not even bothered addressing the valid concerns raised by people living next door to Springfield Hall.

The simple fact is the asylum system in this country is in chaos and crisis.
The Conservatives have made one pledge on asylum seekers:we welcome people who genuinely need asylum, we return those looking for an easy life.
With the Conservatives, no-one in Grimsby, no one in North East Lincolnshire, would have to face the worry the people of Springfield have faced.
No party can make the pledge, except the Conservatives.

No spin - just efficient government

“For the past four years, the Government has not governed, it has given us nothing but spin. Rather than leading the country, the government has been led by focus groups. Tony Blair gave us five pledges – and when he failed to deliver we got feeble excuses from cynical spin-doctors.
The Conservatives offer a real difference. We pledge to restore the police officers cut by Labour back to where they belong – on the beat. We pledge to improve education by letting teachers teach rather than follow Whitehall diktat: And we pledge to put this country back in charge of its own future, rather than following mindless directives from Brussels.
I want what most, if not all, the people of Grimsby want. A Government that keeps out of people’s lives as much as possible, whilst providing top quality services to those that need it and all the time taking as little as possible out of everyone’s wage packets. That is exactly what the Conservatives offer; efficient government delivered in the interests of the people of this country, not the interests of image.
Four years ago we were told Britain deserves better, and it does; Britain, and Grimsby, deserve better than Labour.
