NWRA Impartial Referendum Project by Electoral Education Ltd

1) INDENTIFY THE ISSUES FROM THE INTERESTED PARTIES AND THE PUBLIC

All newspapers in the North West will receive a letter to publish asking all those interested in the Referendum project to contact us, stating their interest, their initial position in the YES or No debate and any questions be or statements on the issues to be debated.
The public will have an intereactive access to www.RegionalReferendum.org to hear, read and question the views put forward.
Those in organisations will receive an email address on ElectionsUK.org, which will enable them to contact other “members” through an online search facility. The user can then forward this to their normal email address, which would be kept confidential.
